Spartera onboarding is a streamlined three-step process: provide universal account requirements, complete product-specific setup for your data or AI assets, and schedule a kickoff call with your dedicated account manager. Under Spartera's Platform Partner Agreement, you retain full ownership of your data and IP, keep 80% of all gross revenue, and maintain complete control over your content and pricing. Provide Universal Requirements

Two items are required to set up your Spartera account and start receiving payments. These are standard business requirements that most partners already have in place. You'll also review and sign Spartera's Platform Partner Agreement — a clear, straightforward contract where you retain 100% ownership of your data and IP and receive 80% of all gross revenue.

Stripe Account ID — used for receiving monthly commission payments directly to your bank account

Complete Product-Specific Setup

This step depends on what you're selling. Data and analytics sellers connect their existing data warehouse. AI model sellers connect their deployed prediction endpoint. Spartera supports all major cloud platforms and can build custom integrations for anything not on the standard list.

How long does onboarding take?

Most partners complete onboarding in a single business day. The process involves selecting your partnership model, providing your email and Stripe ID, connecting your data source or AI endpoint, and scheduling a kickoff call. If you already have your data warehouse or model endpoint ready, setup can be done in hours.

What if my data warehouse isn't on the supported list?

We can build a custom integration for virtually any structured data platform. Contact your account manager or email hello@spartera.com and we'll assess your platform and timeline for a custom connector.

Can I sell both data analytics and AI model predictions?

Absolutely. Many partners monetize both structured data analytics (from their data warehouse) and AI predictions (from their model endpoints) simultaneously. Each product type gets its own marketplace listing with independent pricing.

What is the revenue split?

Spartera retains a 20% commission on gross revenue generated from your content. You receive 80% of all gross revenue. There are no listing fees, setup fees, or monthly platform charges. Payouts are remitted within five business days of the following calendar month via Stripe.

Who owns the data, analytics, and transformation logic?

You do — 100%. Under the Platform Partner Agreement, the partner retains all right, title, and interest in Source Data, Transformation Logic, and Derived Data. All logic and objects created within the Spartera environment by you remain your proprietary IP.

What if I need help with setup, pricing strategy, or custom integrations?

Your dedicated account manager provides guidance at no extra cost. If you need more hands-on professional services — such as custom analytics creation, advanced pricing optimization, or bespoke integrations — Spartera offers these through a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Why do I need a Stripe Account ID?

Stripe handles all commission payments from Spartera to partners. When buyers purchase your analytics or predictions, revenue is tracked automatically and paid out within five business days of the following month to your Stripe-connected bank account. Setting up a Stripe account is free and takes minutes.

Is the distribution through Spartera exclusive?

Yes — the Platform Partner Agreement grants Spartera exclusive rights for distributing the specific analytical models and visualizations defined as Partner Content. However, this exclusivity does not restrict you from selling raw, un-transformed source data through other channels.

Do I need any technical expertise to onboard?

Basic familiarity with your data platform helps during connection setup. Your dedicated account manager guides you through every step, and if you need additional hands-on technical support, Spartera offers professional services via a separate SOW.

Is there an onboarding fee?

No. Onboarding to Spartera is free. There are no setup fees, listing fees, or monthly platform charges. You only earn — through the 80% revenue share when buyers purchase your analytics or predictions.

What happens if I want to leave?

Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty days' written notice. Upon termination, Spartera will sever the connection, delete all instances of your Transformation Logic and Derived Data from its production environment within thirty days, and issue a final payment for all usage recorded up to the moment of disconnection.

What support do I get after onboarding?

All partners receive ongoing dedicated account management, access to a real-time usage and payout dashboard, first-line customer support (Spartera handles buyer questions), and Spartera's marketing and promotional support for your marketplace presence.
