BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST SPARTERA.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
